Frequently Asked Questions
What is the structure and format of your presentations?

Each presentation is unique and tailored towards your individual needs. As a general rule of thumb, most keynote addresses tend to be 10-20 minutes, most classroom-style workshops, lectures, or seminars tend to be about an hour, and if requested, I can also prepare half-day, full-day, or multi-day programs. However, I can be flexible in terms of the structure of the program as well as the duration of time.
What expenses are included in your cost?

I am flexible on the speaking fee, as I try to be mindful of varying organizational capabilities. I work with organizations to set a speaking fee that is both financially accessible and appropriate for the amount of time and energy needed of me to ensure a successful program.
For in-person events, I prefer to make all transportation and lodging arrangements (e.g., flight, ground transportation, transfers, hotels) myself while leaving meals to the event host.
Each organization has a different approach to contracting speakers. I will work diligently to provide you with any necessary forms, documentation, receipts, or additional information you may need for your bursar, business, or accounts payable office.
What is included with each engagement?

The speaking fee generally includes one presentation as well as any resources, handouts, or takeaways for each participant, should the presentation include any.
Additional requests will be taken into consideration either to be included in the speaking fee or for an additional cost.
